Architected a scalable motion system for M&T Bank’s multi-sport partnership with UConn Athletics. The campaign deploys across multiple arenas and broadcast, maximizing messaging impact.I built a modular framework that unifies animation timing, brand logic, and co-branded configurations across dozens of technical environments.Custom preview simulations and standardized production packaging ensure seamless deployment across venues, delivering a cohesive system built for repeatability, expansion, and operational clarity.

Ember Montana

I engaged at an early stage to help shape the foundation of a fine dining concept in Montana’s Bitterroot Valley, leading the executive chef search and working closely with ownership to refine the culinary vision, positioning, and long-term concept strategy.The result was Ember, a wood-fired kitchen rooted in local sourcing and American Wagyu.Chef Brandon Dearden has since expanded the vision into two additional regional concepts: Grano, an Italian-American eatery, and Bullseye, a fast-casual burger concept, extending the original strategic groundwork into a broader hospitality footprint.
